A Realme phone with model number RMX2189, which is believed to be the Realme C12, has appeared on Geekbench with some key specifications. The smartphone is expected to launch along with the Realme C15 in India, based on a teaser by the brand last week. Now, the Realme C15 has already gone official in Indonesia, so we know everything there is to know about the phone. But the Realme C12 is a brand new device and the Geekbench listing gives us an idea of the chipset and RAM that the budget smartphone will come with.
Based on the Realme C12 Geekbench listing, the smartphone will be equipped with the MT6765G chipset, which is associated with the MediaTek Helio P35 chipset. However, this could be rebadged as the newer MediaTek Helio G35 chipset. To recall, the Realme C11 appeared on Geekbench before launch with the MT6765V chipset, which is associated with the Helio G35 SoC.
The Realme C12 will apparently launch with at least 3GB RAM and Android 10 as per the listing. The phone is expected to be a marginal upgrade over the Realme C11. The Realme C12 was previously spotted on the NBTC website where it was revealed to come with a 6,000mAh battery. We expect to learn more about the Realme C12 in the coming days. As for the Realme C15, the phone has gone official with the MediaTek Helio G35 SoC, much like the Realme C11. It also comes with 13MP quad cameras and a 6,000mAh battery.
