Teracube 2E is a sustainable smartphone designed using recycled material. The handset comes with a four-year warranty and offers a fully biodegradable case out-of-the box. The smartphone has been launched with a price tag of $199.
Teracube 2E: Specifications
The newly launched smartphone has a 6.1-inch HD+ IPS touchscreen. The handset runs on Mediatek Helio A25 octa-core processor with a clock speed of 1.8GHz. Teracube 2E is an Android phone and runs on Android 10 operating system. The device packs 4GB RAM paired with 64GB internal storage capacity.
Teracube 2E is offered in single colour — Black. The device supports PIN, pattern, fingerprint scanner and face unlock as security features. On the camera front, the handset boasts of a dual rear camera system comprising of a 13MP primary sensor. This is coupled with an 8MP secondary camera.
For selfies, the handset is equipped with an 8MP camera at the front. Teracube 2E is backed by a 4000mAh replaceable battery. WiFi a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC are the connectivity options available on the device.
It is a dual SIM phone which comes with a separate microSD card to expand the storage. It sports a USB Type-C port for charging. The handset also offers a 3.5mm headphone jack for connectivity.
Price and availability
Teracube 2E comes with a price tag of $199. It is up for pre-orders in the US, Canada and Europe at an introductory price of $99 till December. It will start shipping in December this year. The handset is compatible with T-Mobile, Metro, Ting, StraightTalk, Simple Mobile, Mint, and more. As mentioned before, the phone comes with a four-year warranty.
